Re: Communication issue

Hello Have the same problem for one valves of three installed in 2 different room. The farthest one (only 5 meters and a 10cm wall in the middle) from the relay sometime lose the signal. A curtain can do the difference. The valves in the heater near this have full signal. So I think the problem is t...

Re: [Q] setting different program temperatures

I can confirm the behavior, but I do believe that's right! The "philosophy" of the Thermostat is correct; valves depend on Thermostat. . The philosophy is awful! They said "you can control temperature with program room by room with valves". But right now, without upgrade, you ne...

Re: Suggestion: room based heating, not thermostat heating

Obviously it depend on the software (that's not a bad new). Yes is true. But now I waiting for the first big step: heating again my rooms with val...

Re: Suggestion: room based heating, not thermostat heating

IF you will activate the trigger of relais directly from Valves I suppose it will be possible to use valves in homes with indipendent heating sistem WITHOUT the presence of the Thermostat (with valves base kit instead). Until now I haven't understood why you decided for the presence of the Termosta...

Re: Suggestion: room based heating, not thermostat heating

For the time being, the Smart Radiator Valves can only activate heating production through the Thermostat when a Manual Boost is carried out from the Valve or from the application. The Thermostat cannot activate the heating when a valve asks for heating according to the established weekly schedule....

Re: [Q] setting different program temperatures

SOLVED: you simply need to change the GENERAL temperatures. Sorry for the "stupid quiestion". Are you sure you have solved the problem? Have you tested if the valves turn on the boiler if they are set to a higher temperature in the daily program? For my experience if you increase the temp...

Re: Suggestion: room based heating, not thermostat heating

Dear friends, Bad news! Customer support says the valve's failure to turn on the boiler is wanted by Netatmo to allow customers to save on heating !!! In this way, customers are forced to act manually taking into account the real need to heat up. :D :) :o :( Is this a joke? I invite all of you...
