Re: Rain Gauge sensor often disconnected
One of the Tipps from support was, to turn the Rain Gauge "Netatmo" Branding towards the Main Module location. I'm giving this a try now and will monitor for a few days. Lately I was getting daily dropouts so I should be able to see quickly whether this one helps for me. Thanks for sharing!

Re: Rain Gauge sensor often disconnected
@Chiara_Netatmo, would you mind sharing that checklist in here? I am experiencing intermittent connection issues as well (both with rain gauge as some of my thermostat valves so there is a high chance there is an external cause.

Re: Rain Gauge battery drain
You may want to try to open the app, go to Settings and then "Add/Remove Module". It'll ask you to push the button on the main module until it turns blue. When I did this the app immediately said that new firmware was available and could be installed. By next day, the other modules were up...

Re: outdoor sensor
Hi Celso, the outdoor module only measures temperature and humidity. I believe the air quality is taken from elsewhere, based on your configured location.

Re: Boiler turning on while no heating demand
I had this when I first installed a valve and I set it to comfort mode. I had to set it back to ECO and leave it overnight for the firmware to update. Once the firmware updated, comfort mode worked fine. Interesting. Mine are all at the latest version already, although I started seeing a variety of...

Re: Boiler turning on while no heating demand
If you have "heating prediction - auto-adapt" activated, the system starts heating even sooner to "prevent" the temperature dropping below the set point. Correct, I do have heating prediction activated, but in that case you can see in the app for which room predictive heating is...

Re: Valves own schedule
Did you find a way to do it? Or did you find that it's not supported? I'm looking for this option as well as I have very different heating demands for different rooms, and this gets complicated when you try to force it into a single schedule.

Boiler turning on while no heating demand
I started noticing weird behavior since I have installed valves (I used to only have the Thermostat before). Sometimes the heating goes on, while neither the thermostat nor any of the valves request heating. As you can see in the screenshot, the app says that the boiler is on as requested by a valve...

Re: [Request] Show unrounded temperature measured by valves in app
Right. There is probably a sensible design related reason for it, but for me who's only using the valves for a few weeks it is quite an inconvenience.

[Request] Show unrounded temperature measured by valves in app
While the thermostat shows the room temperature with 0,1° accuracy, the valves round it to 0,5°. I assume this may be to reduce the amount of screen refreshes (which require energy). In the app however it would be convenient to see the precise temperature instead. Now I have to go to the temperature...
