At least from what i heard the smart valves kit does not include physical pins to trigger boiler on their relay, so it cant be fixed with firmware update.

I have combinated boiler and it's working quite well at least for living room .. the temperature overshoot is 0,3°C max for PID controlled room

Your relay is updated to latest, it will (slowly though) update all your equipment. It takes some time

It's already working for a while, all you need is wait day or two for smart-home to update to latest firmware, then use comfort mode.

Nobody is able to tell you as it depends on construction materials of the building and so on. I have 75 sqm apartment fully covered from relay in one corner.
