Re: invalid_grant

I'm not overly familiar with JavaScript, but I think the format of the data you are sending to the API is not quite correct? I can't see the "&" character between parameters (but maybe some .JS function adds those automatically). Compared with what I send (which works), you seem to hav...

Re: api.netatmo.com Down?

If you have a means to change the IP address you're using, try that.

I have two fixed IP addresses at my disposal - the API responds to neither of them  . If I tether to my mobile phone, it works fine!

Re: api.netatmo.com Down?

You might be 'firewalled' ... like I am.

I've seen it before - the API just plays dead and refuses to connect, unless you change IP address (by whatever means). I don't know how long it lasts, because - guess what - Netatmo never responded when I asked them :-(

Re: Netatmo Relay keeps disconnecting from servers

Did you tried to change the wifi channel, using channel 1, 6 or 11? Let me and all the forum know if changing the wifi channels makes some difference so we can understand if the issue is actually related to the wifi component of the relay. Channel 1 doesn't work for me ... if it connects at all, th...

Re: Netatmo and Heat Pumps

My question is what is the core parameter ( the common denominator) of all these heat pumps that enable compatibility with Netatmo. ” Could it be the Power Rating of the pump? The Netatmo relays (both the one in the thermostat itself, and the one in the Wi-fi Receiver) are rated at 2A - so about 50...

Re: New combi - keep Netatmo or use OpenTherm thermostat?

I can't answer your questions - but I did a bit of a research into the boiler you've chosen. My Myson Apollo 50 is 30 this year and the evil moment of replacement can't be far off! Does that boiler present anything other than a (proprietary?) RF interface to the outside world? I know Opentherm is (s...

Re: Prediction unpredictable

If my wifi goes down would the prediction still be expected to work based on last-known info? ” I can answer that part, at least: " NO ". In the Web app., the bottom two lines of " Advanced Settings | Heating Prediction | More Info " say: In case of Wi-Fi issue, the Thermostat w...

Re: Thermostat has a own life

Why?? Why are you still here in this forum? You have a Siemens thermostat, and not a Netatmo??? The only reason is that you are angry because your stat did not work for you, it does not mean that all stat doesn't work. Ah - resorting to insults eh? ... you must be really sure of your facts ! Publis...

Re: Thermostat has a own life

Ref. the charts, I don't see the meaningless argument - they work fine and show what they are supposed to show: the bars indicate the amount of time (percentage) the boiler/Netatmo is in ON mode (relative to the zooming you choose), and lines show the target vs. actual temperature. I wasn't questio...
