Answers most of your questions.

There are right now 4 different hardware revisions of the main station out there, but the outdoor and additional modules are all the same.
Only important difference: V3 and V4 Weather Stations are Apple Homekit compatible.
Home:Weather Station (V3 + Rain Gauge, Wind Gauge, 3 additional Indoor Modules), Valves Starter Pack + 5 additional Valves, Smart Video Doorbell
Office: Thermostat (V2), Healthy Home Coach, Smart Smoke Alarm

What would be the difference between a V3 and a V4 station?
...but I might be wrong...
  • 2 weather stations V2
  • 1 weather station V3 with 3 extra sensors, rain gauge and (unused) wind gauge
  • smart energy relay with thermostat and 8 valves
  • 6 smart smoke alarms
  • smart doorbell

I asked @Sandra_C about this once and if I remember correctly, the changes are minor. Identical components from different suppliers.
