No data: Can troubleshooting be done remotely?

I am getting no data from my stations, indicator says wifi is the problem. I am not at the site, but I know the wifi is working because other apps are working. My question is, without being there to reset the units is there any troubleshooting. I can do? Is there troubleshooting that Support would be able to do, like a forced reset??
From browsing the forum, it seems sometimes the units go off line, without any particular reason, then come back on. Just wondering if I can do anything about this without driving.....thanks for any help!
