Why do people still have to request to be upgraded to the latest firmware? i dont understand. Seems netatmo have a major problem here which they are not telling us.

Do they really update your stations upon your requests? Or is it just a hope?

Both my stations were updated to firmware 132 within 48 hours although I sent the request on a Saturday.
