The wind module is back. Could the weather be that bad that two bars are not enough?
Battery is ok (full)
° Netatmo Weather Station (outdoor 44,indoor 132,anemometer 18,rain 8)
° Netatmo Welcome (indoor 131, tags 32)

Could be an explanation.....the receivement level here (my aneometer) has 3 of 5 bars

I'm in the UK and bought it a few weeks ago. Amazon Germany or Netatmo Germany store.

A drop in temperature will impact range of wifi. Also if you are connecting more devices to your router. Xmas tree lights reduce range of wifi marginally too.

How often does the wind gauge take readings?

also does it turn all the readings into an average speed over the days, weeks, months and years like the rainfall total?

Sigh. The failure I had originally has just happened again. I got 3 wind notifications that as per an earlier post. Now look at max wind speeds. Wind is gusting circa 12mph. 20mph max. It's not 91mph.
