Network or Server Problems?

In the last monts it increasingly happens that there is a delay of one up to several hours until the measured values get online.
This refers to the webapp as well to the different android apps. Refresh, or loggin on-off doesnt resolve the problem - only time, sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes 4 hours or half a day.
After this period, the missing values are displayed again. My WIFI is fine, and the station seems to work normally otherwise. Also, this problem didn't happen in my first two years of netatmo use, it just occurs more and more often in the last months.

Hello,
You may have a connection issue. What is your ISP/country? What is the brand and model of your router? Check is there is an update of the firmware on the manufacturer website.

I was sure, my WIFI was fine, but maybe there is a need to update the local net. Thank you!

have you sorted out the problem? i have experianced the same issue but so fare nothing has worked
