It worked beautifully until this September. No more data was visible on the PC app nor on the Android app. Technical support did send me a link, which should fix things.
It did work again for a few days.
Now Tec support say that I need a new Weather Station because there was nothing they could do about it.
So, I have to ditch the unit? And this after only a little more than 2 years?
Netatmo offered me a 15% later (after protesting) 20% discount to buy a new one.
Disappointing, at least to say.
Anyone made a similar experience?
