Signal/Battery Not Showing
Signal/Battery Not Showing
Installed a new Outdoor module, replacing one that stopped working. Deleted old on, added new one, and it is showing on my cell phone app. The readings are showing on my web app but I have "?" over the battery level and signal strength. Neither are showing although the module seems to be working fine. Logged out, logged back in, no change. Any hints from anyone? Thanks in advance....

Hello,
From our side, the battery level of your new module is correctly reported server side.
Please try to uninstall the app and install it again, it should solve the issue.

Thank you. They are now showing on my app without a new install a few hours later. Must take some time to update but it did.
