I first reported this problem already in May of this year. Every few weeks I ask for an status update of the problem. Sometimes they tell me that they found a solution and it will be updated soon and a lot of other times they just tell that tey are still investigating the issue. I have no hope anymore that they are really serious in finding a solution soon. They are good in keeping you busy waiting and that is the only thing they do. I do hope that more people will contact them to ask for an solution. (email address: contact-weather@netatmo.com) Maybe that will trigger them to speed up a little more.
For now....I'm really disappointed by the way they are handling this problem!
