But it has been raining in those days 😉

We asked on the forum of the ambassadors if there are users with the same issue.

For me the issue returned now that it is raining. Second unit I have (not counting one I declined in store for having the issue) that has the problem. Back to putting tape on the camera until it is resolved..

I can confirm from the beta users forum that they are analyzing this issue and are working on it.

I think to keep posting if you also have this problem so Netatmo gets help in finding a solution.

Hi,

I have now had the Netatmo Smart Video Doorbell in operation for 1 week.
This morning I found that there is evidence of water ingress or condensation in the Night Vision LED window.
It has been raining and windy all night, so although the doorbell is under the roof, some rain has reached it.
The device still appear to work as intended, but I wonder for how long.

Hello,

I got mine doorbell last saturday.
Brand new, out of the box i have made this pictures.
I think the adhesive tape is not doing his job right and moisture is getting inside very easy.

Has this issue been improved by Netatmo?

If I order from the German Netatmo store now (early December) am I likely to get a unit that has this problem?

Hi
I also want to buy a netatmo. the condensation problem stops me .
The netatmo with that problems does it hang under a shelter? Or completely in the rain?
Does it also condens by dry cold weather?
