Some video recordings will not play or download
Has anyone else noticed that some of the recorded videos on the Smart Video Doorbell will not play, and cannot be downloaded, via the Netatmo Security app? It seems to only affect some of the recordings. Fortunately, most do not seem to be a problem, but there have been a couple of cases where the recording made during/after a doorbell press are not able to be played or downloaded.

Yes, I have the same problem. Despite excellent WIFI connection.

Same here. WiFI signal strength is excellent, connection not the problem.

This appears to still be a problem in the latest firmware version 80, even though the version log states that it resolves video download issues.
