Doorbell looses connection several times a day
Since Monday the Doorbell looses 4 - 5 times a day the connection to the router (FritzBox). Nothing has been changed in configuration or location. Firmware update to v78 was on Friday 6 - 16:58. No Problems on Saturday and Sunday. But notifications are since then really slow on iPhone (iOS 14.2). Takes sometimes minutes to work on it.

Yes, I'm experiencing the same problem for the last couple of days. It is very annoying..

My Netatmo Presence worked very reliably for 4 years and since I installed the Netatmo Video Doorbell, both cameras disconnect for minutes every day.
These disconnections occur at all times of the day, morning, noon, evening and night. However, not both cameras are affected at the same time, sometimes the Presence or the doorbell. The Wi-Fi signal is good and there are two Wi-Fi repeaters near the cameras. (AVM Fritz and Devolo dLAN).
The current firmware of the doorbell is 80 and that of the Presence 198.
Is NETATMO aware of the problem with the constant disconnections and is a solution already being worked on?
Obviously the cause is not in the users' network, but on the NETATMO side.
If this is not the case, please give me a tip on how to solve the problem.

Wait for a fix or send it back.
There is no communication from Netatmo. Could take years or one day until it is fixed.

Same here. The thing is useless now. All the Netatmo app says: an error has occurred. HomeKit says: “the camera is not responding”.
Ringing the doorbell works fine and also the HomeKit chime is played on my HomePod. But of course no video.
Strange thing is, the previews in the netatmo app show up. But when clicked it fails to open and pops directly back to the timeline after a quick blink.

Hi, I want to refresh this topic a bit.
I have similar problem that application notify all user that doorbell used to be disconnected about 5-6 times a day but while it was disconnected I still have option to normal use it in Apple Home App and it has all functionality.
I know that the v91 firmware was released with "Fix endless Wi-Fi disconnections in loop that could happen in a particular case" but I still have problem with this after that update.
Can anyone help me with this?
