I no longer have any video feed. I checked WiFi connection. All ok and connected.
Pressing bell sounds chime and receive notification on iPhone
I removed the doorbell waited 5 mins and reconnected, still no video feed and now I have Check SD card symbol on the app.
I and restarted the doorbell again still the same.
Firmware 83
Blue light showing ok
But no video at all now , just check SD card . Have removed SD card and reinserted. Still the same.
Any ideas anyone ?

Changed the Card. Working now. Original Card with Doorbell clearly didn’t last long ....

i had the same Problem, after i changed the SD Card it works again. The original SD Card works only for about 2 Month...
Now, last evening the Dorbell updates automaticaly to Firmware 82. After the update i become the message that the SD Card is corrupt again!!!
Netatmo will kidding me?
I am verry disappointed.
Today i will remove the Dorbell again and check the SD Card. I hope they will not broke again.

I also have the message in the app that the videos are not available and the SD card is faulty.
I removed the SD card from the doorbell and inserted it again, unfortunately without success.
According to NETATMO SD cards (Class 10) are supported up to 32 GB.
I have now ordered a new SD card and hope that my NETATMO Smart Doorbell will work again.
Is there a recommendation from NETATMO which SD cards are reliable?

I had the same. Replaced the SD Card…and it works now since 3 months without problems.
