Re: doorbell stopped working
Good morning,
I had the same problem at the beginning.
After contacting support, it turned out that my bell transformer (8V 2A) does not supply enough power because the line to the doorbell is too long.
Now that I have installed a bell transformer with 12V - 2A, everything works as it should, without dropouts or disconnections of the doorbell.
So take a look at the bell transformer and replace it with a stronger one if necessary.

I had same problem, was working fine for 3 months then stopped just like yours.
I used netatmo support service who correctly diagnosed that I needed a different fuse to that which came with the doorbell based on my Transformer set up. End result was I needed 1A/slow acting fuse instead of the default 500ma/slow acting. Bought 10 from Amazon for about £4.
Swapped out old fuse, that had blown with new ones and worked first time.
Netatmo support was Gladys and she was superb in fixing it.
Good luck!
