My camera for a few days now has a permanent dim blue LED. I've left it powered off overnight, even removed it from the mount for 10 minutes, I've tried factory resetting it and checked the fuse but the LED never changes from dim blue. I know LEDs don't need much current to drive them but it I'd have expected it to go out overnight.
It looks like the entire camera is dead. Any other suggestions I can try?

Re: Permanent dim blue led
Oh, and the chime rings when I press the doorbell button.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Re: Permanent dim blue led
Mine is also blue. Doesn’t blue mean that it is stand-by? Does it change to blinking blue when you ring the doorbell?

Re: Permanent dim blue led
No, the LED never changes, doesn't even go out when I removed power overnight.
Re: Permanent dim blue led
OK, with help from Netatmo support on resetting the door bell, it's back up and running.
