Doorbell FULLY DEAD (3rd time in 1 year) NO reply from NEtatmo support

Hello,

I have the issue that my doorbell is fully dead since 1 week - no LED Light at all... even at USB it does not show anything (hardreset) ...

I tried reaching out to netatmo support via mail and via tickets...

No reply since 1 week.

This is really odd! :(

Still no solution.

3 Weeks now without a doorbell - well it rings..but without a smart doorbell....

Here also problems with Netatmo CC.

Last week, I received a message of a broken SD-card. Strange, never ever had a broken SD-card, but technique, so such things happens.
Replaced the SD card with something from a Raspberry Pi. Doorbell works again.

I use this doorbell since October 2020, so definitely a warranty case. Bought the bell from Netatmo itself. Wrote a mail, no answer. Very strange.

I have to correct my statements in these: Two days after I wrote this, I've got mail from Netatmo where they described how to receive a new SD card for free. I immediately did this procedure and a few days later received the new SD card incl. some grease to avoid moisture inside the doorbell.
The whole procedure satisfied me, but the delay in answering should be improved by Netatmo.

Netatmo....

I exchanged the doorbell with a UBIQUITI Doorbell G4 -> same place, everything remained the same despite the transformator (16V instead of 12V) but this was included at ~150€.... and its working fine with absolutely no errors whatsoever.

Thanks NETATMO for NOTHING. 299€ Waste.
