The Security app cleared my entire doorbell video history a few weeks ago... and ever since then, it just keeps deleting everything. I have calls, people coming by, I get notifications, but if I open the app, there is nothing. The only thing in history is the "Connected" message from a few weeks ago (when we had a power outage). Since then, history stopped working. How do I fix this?

Maybe the data storage card is broken? I had to replace it.

I will check. Now the doorbell doesn't work at all. The app doesn't connect to it (even though the doorbell is powered up with the light on) and when I try to see the live feed, all I get is this:
Which is not only an error, but also poor app design: there is absolutely nothing I can do on this screen. I can't go back, there are no options or buttons of any kind. All I can do is quit the app and open it again.
