Tag - very poor coverage

I bought them a few days ago. Is it normal that the range in the settings shows 2 lines (out of 4 possible)?
The tag's distance from the camera is about 1 meter (!!!). New batteries. Firmware 58.

I am too waiting a fix to solve these sporadic disconnections. I have two cameras, and 6 tags. That are not even HomeKit and that keep on disconnecting from time to time without any reason then get reconnected again. Worst buying experience.

There is a difference between the display of signal strength in the Web App and the iOS app. The iOS app always shows a very weak signal, the Web App shows a stronger signal.
But I never saw more than 2 out of 4 possible lines, just like the thread opener gmail44.
Presence Camera, 2 Welcome Cameras, 9 Sensor Tags, Smoke Detector.
Weather Station V3, Outdoor Module, 3 Indoor Modules, Rain Gauge, Wind Gauge.
