Problems with netatmo and my biomass boiler

Post by Airbase »

Hello everyone, I am a Spanish user of Netatmo.
Forgive my English so bad, I'm sorry.
My boiler is of the Metal Fach brand, model Bio Duo 28Kw.
It is a biomass boiler (pellet, olive bone).
It has lambda probe.
Attached pictures of the connections of the boiler and lambda probe.
Since the relay does not let me turn the boiler on or off.
I would greatly appreciate your help.
A greeting.

According to manual, you have to put the controlwires (black and grey) to the terminals labeled "GND" and "Reg.Pok". You current controller seams to be connected there right now.
Also you have to add the supplywires (brown and blue) to your boulers power source.

I marked the terminals and colored where what wire has to go.

Good morning, I have it connected in that way.
On the rear panel I have the cable outlet for the temperature sensor (photo 1).
I have it connected as you said, but now it tells me in the application for the phone that the relay is not connected, photo 2.
A greeting.

That message means that it's not connected to your local wifi yet.

What could be happening for this to happen?

Well, have you configured the wifi connection yet?
Press on the lower button in the app and follow the instructions.

I do, but I always miss this error when finishing the configuration of my Wi-Fi network.

Maybe you got the wrong password or an active macadresss locklist?
Regardless, the physical wiring can't cause this error, just saying.

I just configured it with the installation wizard for PC and it tells me that it has been properly configured to its WiFi network.
One question, the codes that appear on the inside must match the code that comes on the outside of the box?

I don't think so.
But maybe Netatmo can take a look in this. You should submit a support request through the website.
