Post by xavihorta »

Hello everyone. I have a problem. I just bought my new Netatmo Thermostat but I have no idea to install with my boiler. I have a Saunier Duval Semia. Does anyone can help me?

Thank you very much!

You have to connect the Relais‘ black and grey wires to this terminal.

I can‘t exactly tell from that photo or without the exact boiler model but if it‘s the green terminal above then there is another thermostat connected right now (yellow-ish cable) that needs to be detached first.

You also have to add the Relais‘ blue and brown wires to your boiler‘s power supply, matching the colors. Either the green or blue terminals on the far left, I suppose.
Again, I need a straight up photo or even better the exact boiler model for better advice.

Alright, so your old thermostat is connected to the green terminals with the orange (not orange 🤪) cable.
Disconnect that one and connect the Relais‘ grey and black wires to it, polarity not important.

Regarding the power supply, that‘s the white cable connected to the „X10“ connector on the board. That „terminal“ doesn‘t allow additional wires, but next to it is the „X12“ connector for optional devices. However you will need to shop for the fitting white „terminal-adapter“.

An alternativ is to hook the Relais‘ power-wires up to another source or an outlet, if you mount a plug.
Or split the installed power supply with terminals, but for that you need advanced electrical knowledge or a professional.
