First installation... failed.

Hi,
sorry I write in English, I'm Italian and it's easier for me.

I've just received my Netatmo thermostat. I want to install the relè instead of my current thermostat and place the netatmo wireless thermostat in the kitchen.
My first installation failed, the heating system is always on

On the wall, where I want to install the relè I have 3 wires:
Blue: is the power
Black: connected to the old thermostat on a input labelled "C"
Red: connected on the old thermostat on a input labelled "NA"

My first installation has been:
The netatmo blu wire connected to the red wires from the wall
The netatmo brown and the Netatmo black wires connected to the black wires from the wall
The netatmo grey wire connected to blu wire from the wall.

The relè has got power and the led was blinking.
As soon as I gave power, the led began blinking and the heating system switched on. It was impossibile to switch it off...

What's wrong?

Hi,
the heating system was switching on for another reason and it's solved but I always same an issue.
Moreover I reported the wrong connections.

They are
The netatmo blu wire connected to the blu wires from the wall
The netatmo brown and the Netatmo black wires connected to the black wires from the wall
The netatmo grey wire connected to red wire from the wall.

My electrician who built the system, checked the configuration and it's ok, but after the blinking, using the button the relè doesn't swithed on the system. Maybe the relè button is broken?

The last connections are good. Can you check using the thermostat: push the top of the thermostat until it displays MAX. It should turn on the boiler (this can take up to a few minutes).
Push the bottom of the thermostat until it displays OFF. It should turn off the boiler.

Hi,
finally solved. I don't know why but to check my system it was also necessary to pair the thermostat with the relè before trying it. The relè itself was not working until I made the pairing process.

Everything is working really good.

The support team has been fantastic. Their help has been fundamental for me.
