No problem with compability.
Boiler has a connectors for external thermostat. In your setup are connectors cross-linked with shunt. Remove this shunt and put there cables from Netatmo thermostat. See attached pic.
Don't forget to connect thermostat to 230V as well.

Thanks for your reply to my question in October 2016.
I can confirm it is compatible after it was installed successfully late October 2016.

Hi,

Could you please specify how you attached the 230V wires (brown and blue)?
Picture would be helpful.

Hi Jirka,

I'm going to use the photo of the first post, since you say your situation is similar.
p2.jpg
As far as I can tell this boiler has a 400V power supply (3x L + N + ⏚).
There are 7 terminals in that picture, from left to right: ⏚, L1, L2, L3, T1, T2, N
The once I labeled T1 and T2 are for connecting an external thermostat. In the picture is still a bridge cable installed, this one needs to be removed and replaced by the Netatmo Relaise's black and grey wires, which way is not important.
If you already have a thermostat installed, there will be other wires instead of the bridge cable.

Now to answer your question, you need to power the Relaise by connecting its brown and blue wires to a power supply.
Just add them to the terminals, blue to the N (far right) and brown to one of the Ls.

In the photo L1 seems to be unused so you could take that one if you have a similar setup. But it doesn't really matter since the Relaise doesn't need a lot of power.

Please switch off the power before doing any wiring.

Actually, the grey and black cables should go to the terminals as indicated on the picture above posted by slamka (two red arrows). This is also suggested by the manual.
Do I understand it correctly that after adding the blue cable to the terminal, there will be two cables (one supplying the power to the boiler and the other one to the Relaise)? Is this approach OK or lets say common?

Yes, you’re correct. Got a czech manual and translated some with google.
The bridge cable I mentioned is for installing a floorheating-thermostat, please ignore what I said ;)

You can simply add the Relaise‘s wires, that‘s totally normal and like in a junktion box.
