Your phone could not connect to the Station at this time

Hello Netatmo community!

I'm getting an error message, while trying to connect the Netatmo weather station (indoor module). The error message is as follows:
Error message "Your phone could not connect to the Station at this time"

And here are the videos of connection (pairing) attempts:
1) straightforward pairing with LED flashing white https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aJPEnb ... gGsoPRl3iu

Please note, that LED flashes green-blue-ish only after turning the power on. During the pairing it flashes only white.

Windows Wizard returns following error message before getting into pairing mode "Please check your Internet connection".

My network setup:
* VLAN-based 2,4+5 GHz WLANs with WPA authentication
* a WiFi access point in 1 m radius from the weather station
* Windows PC with Netatmo Weather Station setup wizard
* Android mobile phone with Netatmo app
* both PC and the mobile phone are connected to the network, where I want to connect the station

I raised an issue at Netatmo support center a month ago, but got no replies so far.

Could anyone help me with this?

Netatmo Support answered to my ticket. I connected to my device using the app called "Healthy Home Coach".

Problem solved. Thread can be closed.
