Can't connect rain gauge

Hello,

I can't manage to connect my rain gauge to the Netatmo weater station. The indoor module doesn't recognize it. I put in the batterys, then the rain gauge blinks green and then I try to find it over the iOS app. No chance. What can I do?

You need to turn off the base module first, then restart it, start the iOS app, press the top of the base station to get the blue light, then when connected add the batteries to the rain guage when prompted.

I had the same issue with the rain gauge. My solution was to plug the base in to a computer via USB and then add the rain gauge.
