That's something hard to understand for me.
The outdoor module is meant to be outside, in the cold in the winter, in the warm sometimes in the sun during the summer.
It has to face dry days and 100% humidity days.
Batteries have to stand the same weather harshness.

So it would be understandable (or even reasonably acceptable) that the module breaks after 2, 3, or 4 years of service.

So it would be convenient to be able to buy a replacement external module to extend the lifetime of your indoor/outdoor station.

Sometimes marketing and company strategy is a mystery to me.

PS: Why, on the other hand, can you buy an additional "indoor only" additional module ??
I really do not understand that.

Well, actually, I was wrong.

Don't ask me how to get to this page on the web site (I found the link in a post on this forum), but apparently, it IS possible to buy a new outdoor module here:

https://shop.netatmo.com/eur_fr/netatmo ... odule.html

Page is in French but I guess you can find it in English somewhere.

Hi. How do I order a replacement outdoor module for delivery to Australia?
These links redirect me to the US which doesn’t allow delivery to other countries.
