Summer schedule - valve anti-freez function

Hi Netatmo,
is it (would be) possible to have a function that would allow me during summer season to open the central heating valve everyday for about 5 minutes to make sure the valve won't stuck during summer when it's not used?
I created the summer schedule, but the shortest time window is 15 minutes and I have to set the temperatu to 30 degrees to make sure it will open during hot summer, but the hysteresis algorithm is adding another 30 minute in front of the schedule.
Thanks
Radim

I had been thinking about the same thing!
A function to cycle the state of the valve (and perhaps trigger boiler/pump regardless of temp) that could be added to the schedule would be a very useful maintenance function

+1 from me.

Hi :)
The Valves are designed to recalibrate automatically each 2 weeks, no matter their usage.
It should be enough to prevent the valve body to remain stuck.

Hi Brieuc, thanks for info. But I was talking more about the central heating valve in front of my flat heating system, that thermostat opens when the heat is needed. But because of summer session, that valve will stay closed most of the summer. So moving that valve every day will keep it operational.
Thank you
Radim

Ah! Please apologize, I was confused by the title of the thread...
For the Thermostat, the easiest method is to create a "Summer" schedule, with only one heating period which will force the ignition of the boiler (max setpoint = 30°C) during 15min once a week.
Switching the valve everyday does not seem necessary. Once a week or once each two weeks should be enough. You should seek advice from your usual plumber for the best periodicity to apply.
I hope it helps!

No problem.
I did exactly what you suggested, but the trouble with a 15min once a week schedule is that the hysteresis algorithm is adding couple of hours of heating time to catch up the temperature difference set by schedule (30°C) and the actually measured temperature.
So my schedule for just 15 heating impulse looks like this:

Hi,
It is not the hysteresis algorithm which adds couples of hours of heating, but the Prediction feature (Manage my home / Operating Mode / Heating Prediction).
Juste disable it during summer and you will get your 15min only of activation :)

Ahh, will try that. Thank you for the tip.
