Hi ,
I’m thinking of buying on of these but I only want to use it as a normal type thermostat that I can control from work . Is it possible possible to set it up so that it comes on with the aid of a timer at certain times of the day ? And if the internet or Wi-Fi goes down can I still use the wall mounted thermostat to turn the heating on and off ?

Can anyone answer this please . Can I use just the timer facility on it so it switches on at a certain time and switch of at a certain time ? And can I use the unit as a stand-alone thermostat if the WiFi or internet goes down .

Hi,

This is a smart thermostat so yes you can control it using your mobile phone or desktop. You can set any schedule based on your needs. If internet goes down the thermostat will stick to the schedule you've set.
