still didn't receive the 30th september's firmware update

i have a thermostat with 8 valves, but ally of my equipment is still at v203 (Relay) / v71 (Thermostat) / v79 (Valves)

the relay's s/n is g073820

please check

I have the same problem. My installation has been set up and working for two weeks and still versions are: Relay 210, Thermostat 71 and 4 valves 41 like the first day.

I have 3 valves showing "!" After the temperature read, from the first day.

Signal is 5/5 and 4/5 at two of the valves.

I can show the valve number and calibrate from de Energy App.

Why aren't they getting the firmware update?

If they show a "!" then there must be an error message in the app like "calibration failed" or "not reachable".

I'm afraid there are no error messages in the app. I check in the valve menu, where I can see the radio signal, serial number, battery status and so on and there are no error messages nor any mention to the "!". The same happens at higher level screen like rooms and so on.
