First time upset with customer service

I always got very good support from Netatmo but this time I am really not satisfied.
The relay stopped working (no power anymore) so I sent it back (44EUR repair costs plus shipping costs); after 3 days they sent it back to me and the LED does not blink when I plug into an outlet.

They sent an email saying "we repaired the product and it works"

I suggested since the begin of the process to send me a new one, but no, send back the old one and so on.
