Re: Battery life
I have had my thermostat running for a couple of months, the battery status is 100% or close to 100%

Hello guntherv,
If your batteries only last a week or two, your Thermostat is defective. Please contact us using this form (www.netatmo.com/site/support/), or contact your reseller.

Re: Battery life
Hi!
I have a similar problem with the Thermostat but i can not really tell where it's coming from the Battery/Thermostat or the GUI .
In the Web GUI the Battery shows sometimes only 1 or 2 Bars out of the FULL 5Bars ( see pic attached )
Then moments later i see again 4 Bars. do you think it's a problem of the Thermostat or is it a bug from the GUI/"viewing" error ?
The Thermostat is only installed for 3 weeks now.
I would be happy about your feedback.
Thanks S.

Re: Battery life
Hello,
Please be careful, the battery icon is separated from the radio signal icon.
If the signal fluctuates from 2 to 5 bars, you may have an electric device located between the relay and the Thermostat, which distrubs the radio signal, but nothing to do with the battery.
