Hi,

Further to my previous post about my Smart valves not updating I have listed below the serial numbers of all the devices.

Relay - 70:EE:50:0a:ba:b0
Thermostat - 04:00:00:0a:b9:28
Smart valve - 09:00:00:15:00:c1
Smart valve - 09:00:00:15:00:f8
Smart valve - 09:00:00:15:06:0f
Smart valve - 09:00:00:14:f9:ca
Smart valve - 09:00:00:14:f4:13
Smart valve - 09:00:00:14:f6:12

The valves are still only showing firmware V48

Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Hi Chrisg,
I cannot see anything wrong on your devices, radio signals are good. I've updated your Relay to check if it changes anything.
It is most likely your Relay has frequent power losses, which could explain that it's not able to deploy the firmwares on your Valves.
Please check carefully its power supply. You can also try to power it from an outlet until all Valves are updated.
In the meantime, I've enabled log generation for your Relay's radio connectivity, we will investigate if you confirm there is no power loss.

Hello,

Thank you for the response.

I have no power issues with the relay and have a good Wi-Fi signal through out the house. Howevere I have power cycled every device this evening.

Having also checked the devices this evening, the relay and the thermostat have both updated their firmware V222 & V75 respectively.

The valves will normally follow within 1-3 days 😉
1x Presence outdoor camera siren V3.18.0
2x Thermostat V76 + 10x Valves V100 + relais 236
1x weather station v202, outdoor module V53 and additional indoor module V53

After 16 days my thermostat doesn't have yet deployed the PID algorithm. Is it normal? What can I do to expedite the process?

Relay: g5db53a
Thermostat: j5d9b18

Thanks

The True Temperature does not work.
Valves do not start the boiler (comfort priority is on).

Please update these:

Relè : 70ee50603516
Thermostat : 04000055307c
Valves : 09000012f753
Valves : 09000012fd21

Hello,

I have been strugling with this overshooting issue too since start of this year’s heating season and now discovered this thread! Can you please update?

Relay (fw 210): g0b08ca
Thermostat (fw 72): j0afa9a

Thanks!
