Nice, my relè has been updated, now I'm waiting for thermostat, it will take some hours I think...

Just a question for support: is it possible that the update process is taking a lot of UPLOAD bandwidth from my connection?
It seems strange, but after the update of the relè, waiting for the thermostat my line seems completely busy in upstream... the relè should send the firmware to the thermostat via radio signal -no wifi- maybe any backup or something like that is involved in this process?

Thanks

Hi, could you also upgrade mine? I'm stuck with the previous version and I think I am experiencing the anticipation problems, the thermostat starts heating way too soon!

my serial: j0a0bba

Hi.

I'm from Spain, and I have a thermostat rebranded by Iberdrola. I don't want to see Iberdola logo each time that I open my iOS app. Is there any way to force a firmware update to install the normal firmware?

Regards

PS: My SN is j0a938

From the French forum it seems that: 48 is the latest firmware for relays not (yet) HomeKit compatible = blue led, while 57 is for the HomeKit enabled thermostat = white led. If your relay has a blue led than your firmware is up to date.

Hi Giorgio71,
This is not a valid S/N. Could you please check?

The firmware now is 36. Thank you. The S/N seems correct.
