My Thermostat still has FW 38, the relais 49.

Thermostat starts away mode back by itself and relais looses connection at least once a week. Does the update help?

To manually initiate a Firmware Update carry out the 'Configure Wi-Fi' process in the Advanced section of the Settings; if using the Android/iOS application switch Bluetooth on beforehand.
By doing this you force the Relay/Thermostat to check the server for updated Firmware.

I have a problem with the firmware of my two Netatmo thermostats:

1) Thermostat HOME (j044882): thermostat firmware: 40 - relè firmware: 68
2) Thermostat STUDIO (j07f096): thermostat firmware: 38 - relè firmware: 68

It seems impossible to update firmware of the STUDIO thermostat.
Any solution?

j07f5b0 (Th.Firm.38 - Rel.Firm.49)

I have a third one but I think is OK

i have the same versions... are the new firmware releases only for new (homekit compatible) modules, or also for old ones?
