I received an email about a 30€ refund (cashback program) from contact-shop@netatmo.com on september 24th.

I decided to participate in order to receive a refund of 30€ after the purchase of a thermostat and I was in contact with contact-shop@netatmo.com.
Nevertheless I have just received two letters who say that I have no refund of 30€ because the reference of the product does not take part into the cashback.
I don't know about product references, but I know that I followed exactly the instructions received by email !!!!

Please I would be very grateful to Netatmo if the problem could be resolved quickly.
I feel Netamo is playing me for a fool.

i'm experiencing same troubles to get a 20 € cashback for the weather station...
sent mail with documents Oct 12th, tons of emails to support, no cashback after 3 months... really bad :(

Sorry to hear that. Perhaps there are more some users of Netatmo with the same problem.

It is curious that they lowered the prices on black friday much more than 20€ or 30€.
We paid the regular price and have many problems to obtain a minor discount. A discount that they promised!
I will never follow a promotion in which a refund is promised, instead of an instant rebate.

Please be patient, the cash-back offer is not a joke, of course, but it takes up to 8 weeks to be processed.
If you have any doubt about your file, please contact us at support, we can force our partner to check it.

just speaking for my personal experience, but:
- 3 months are way more than 6/8 weeks
- i contacted the customer service at least 6 times, but still no cashback; Alessandra, of the italian customer care department, is really nice, but it seems she can't do anything else than solicit a someone else intervention without any luck...

still waiting... Netatmo accepted my cashback request 20 jan 2016 (3 months after documentation sent to them and dozen of emails).

Now another 20 days gone and still no payment on my bank

this is really incredible...
