Netatmo recommended temperature

Post by biondi »

Hi,

I can see something strange in the Netatmo recommended temperatures:

Comfort: 18.7C
Recommended 19C
Night: 15C
Recommended: 17C
Daytime-low: 15C
Recommended: 16C
weekend-Day: 16C
Recommended: 19C

1) it says my 'Comfort' temperature is set to 18.7C - this can't even be set, it's either 18.5 or 19.
2) I don't have a 'weekend-Day' temperature programme so not sure where it has got this from.

Thanks,

Matt

A similar thing happens to me too.

Report say, for program "Default":

Acceso: 19.9°C (but "Acceso" is set to 20.5°C, not 19.9°C!)
Suggested: 19°C

Spento: 17.6°C (but "Acceso" is set to 18°C, not 17.6°C!)
Suggested: 17°

My serial is j0ab4e0

How do you responded to the questions about your daily routine?

Hi Brieuc, my serial number is j062dfc. Also - it used to work perfectly, getting to the set-temperature within a few minutes of the time set, these days it's hit and miss. For instance, this morning it should have got to 19C at 0645, it was still at 17.5C at this time. Also, it no longer seems to use my Netatmo outdoor sensor for anything, despite trying to select it in the settings.

Hi biondi,
Your parameters are now updated.
Now about monthly report values: they are average values, that's why you can get such figures.
Anyway, thank you for having reported this, we'll try to find a better solution.
