Hi Remy47,

The new Modulating Thermostat automatically detects if it is wired on an OpenTherm boiler. It can take up to 3min for the detection to be completed.
I recommand you to wait for this auto-detection to be complete before testing the relay.

You could try to connect it to the analog terminals and see if your boiler starts then.
But it will be tricky to determinate if the problem with the OpenTherm connection is on the Relais‘ or boiler‘s side.

When I use my old Honeywell opentherm thermostat it all works well so I think it is the relay that is not functioning as it should

Please advice what to do next and appreciate your help !:)

I‘d suggest you open a support ticket through the helpcenter and I guess you‘ll get a replacement.

I think that NTH01-OTH sticker is new on the relay and I’m pretty sure that OTH stands for OpenTHerm.

I also noticed the serial number is much longer then on my two on/off relays.
1x Presence outdoor camera siren V3.18.0
2x Thermostat V76 + 10x Valves V100 + relais 236
1x weather station v202, outdoor module V53 and additional indoor module V53
