Netatmo Relay keeps disconnecting from servers

I had Homekit enabled before but disabled it because of the connection problems.
Now it doesn't find the device anymore when trying to enable Homekit again.
Do I have to do a reset, if yes how?

After the last update, the rele takes all day connected.
I access from the app and from the ios app Home through 3G connection.

V70 firmware seems fix problems with Homekit

Hi all
Keep getting the same disconnected message as everyone else. I binned my Hive Active kit for the Netatmo as it had HomeKit compatibility. Please fix this issue my firmware is 68 for the relay and would like the new update if it is a fix thanks.

I've updated your Thermostats with a new beta firmware. Please let me know if you still get disconnections.
@apeloso: your issue is not related to the same bug. Please install your Thermostat again, as it was new, to fix this.

What do you mean with "install your Thermostat again"? I have been using the thermostat for two years with no problems.

Hello,

I am having the same problem as every one else here.
I have two thermostats and they started disconnecting from the network once I upgraded to IOS 10 and the latest HomeKit.
Currently they are using Firmware 40 for thermostat and 68 for Relay

Serial number are
