Bizarre problem after wifi update

Hi, I changed my wifi and reconfigured my indoor cam to the new network.
The changes made during the update process seems to work, but the moment the update process is finished, the app can't reach the cam.
Oddly enough the cam is on and I get "Motion detected" push messages on my phone, when I pass the cam or a motion is detected.
At the moment I am unable to switch the cam of, view the stream, or change any settings of the cam...

Same problem for me. After changing the WIFI on Welcome CAM , I am no longer able to reach the cam.
The cam is available in my network.
If I send an http request to its IP (for ex for status=ON) then answer is : {"error":{"code":29,"message":"Device is network locked"}}
Do you fixed your problem ?

Hello, when you change the wifi configuration you have to do it from the Netatmo app so that it can verify the connection.
Please perform the wifi setup from the Netatmo app and your cameras will work normally.
