I sent the camera back for repair and after two weeks I received it back.

The camera worked only for a week, Today I reset my Welcome camera via the Android app today and re-installed it and it does not work anymore. when I turn it on it blinks green light and then is still red light only.


What I should do now? shipment to France is very expensive for me. Should I pay for shipping again?

Passed two months after reporting the problem, I'm disappointed with Netatmo support.
