*decided* not connect camera Netatmo Welcome to the WiFi

Hello! Sorry for bad English. I'm from Russia.
I can not connect new camera with Netatmo Welcome to the WiFi. The camera sees a wifi network, but at the end of the connection issues the following "..... are the ports 500 and 4500 UDP open?"
Tried several providers - the result is the same.
Checked the availability of ports 500 and 4500 UDP at the address netatmo.com

The question itself decided. Connected through the VPN server and registered a camera!

Seems you had troubles due to Roskomnadzor activity. Since early of June 2018 these issues should be discarded. Try again via WiFi, if it is still actual to you.
