Hi!
My Welcome Camera writes files via FTP with incorrect names - all files contain +1 hour timestamp (see attachment). Is it a bug? Is there a way to fix this?
Current firmware - 250.

Got update to v270, but nothing changed here. The problem still exists. Timezones are the same on camera and FTP-server.
Any suggestions?

Sorry for the late answer. The system log of the camera are saved using UTC so this might be the cause of the situation.
While I double check this with our engineers, could you please let me know your Timezone?

Thank you for the confirmation.
Could you please head to the Web App (https://my.netatmo.com/app/camera), connect to your account then click on the gear icon in the top right hand corner to make sure the Timezone is correctly set.
If it is, could you please try to change to another Timezone, then set it back to your Timezone.
If the situation remains the same, could you please send me your email address via private message so I can open a ticket for you?
