Welcome lost network connection

I have recently (X-mas 2019) acquired 3 Netatmo Welcome cameras and have installed them at 3 different locations. After little more than a month one of them lost the network connection and I am unable to get it back. When I try to reconnect it using the app it all ends with an ‘An unexpected error occurred’, after having turned it over and chosen which network to attach to.
There does not seem to be any way to (easily) factory reset these cameras, so does anyone have any suggestions how to proceed?
(and the light blinks green after turning the camera upside down).

Hi, this is how you can reset the Indoor Camera:
1. Plug the camera to the power.
2. Turn it upside down, wait for it to blink green.
3. Remove the SD card.
4. Wait until the light starts blinking red.
5. Reinsert the SD card. The LED will make 5 fast blinks to confirm the reset.
6. Turn the camera to the right position and wait for the green light to turn on. It will indicate the camera has started after the reset.
