Getting error 01 after latest update

My Welcome is not working anymore. I'm not sure precisely when it stopped working, but it was close to right after the latest update was applied, because that is the last thing i remember i saw it apply.

The camera has had not trouble with connectivity earlier, and is running on WiFi. The WiFi router is in the next room and signal is still reported as one bar from full. However, once i try to get a live feed from the camera it just shows "An error occurred (code: 01)". The camera also doesn't seem to recognize people anymore.

What can i do ? I was about to completely reset it, but figured i would lose all the profiles of people along the way, which I'm hoping will not be necessary

Hope you guys have some suggestions!

For some unexplainable reason the camera worked again this morning.. I haven't been trying to get it to work for a few days.. It also came forward with a message that i had strengthened a friend of mines profile. He was visiting us saturday.. So it has not been working since but is now out of nowhere working again. I hope it continues to. No idea what could have caused this
