Connection Problem Log File

is it possible to see Welcome Camera Log Files?

My Problem is that one of my Welcome Cameras always looses Wireless Network Connection.
If I Restart the Cam everything seems to be fine again butnafter a few hours, days it looses connection again.
If this is some sort of Wireless Problem why does the Camera not try to reconnect like it does after reboot?

It is not possible for the end user to access the log files. As a reminder, the camera is supposed to automatically reconnect when it looses the connection so as it does not, it means the camera is most likely to encounter difficulties so I would appreciate if you could send me your email address via private message so I can open a ticket for you and take a closer look at the situation and sort this out!
