Hi
I recently bought a welcome camera and it seems that the “night vision” is not working.
The camera switches to black and white and the ir-led turns on (red), but video is black. Only if I place an object like 10-15 cm from the camera, I can start to se what it is.
It’s using the firmware 460
ps. The “send a message” on the netatmo help site is not working

Night vision has stopped working on my Netatmo presence. Bought it in March and have until now been really please with it. Firmware is: 184 Had visitors the other evening and when they left light came on and went off after a couple of minutes even though they were still standing by the front door. Then didn’t cone back on till they walked away.

I have the same issue on one of my Welcomes. I have firmware 456. Camera has just gone out of warranty too.
Have to say very disappointed with the response by Netatmo. Given the number of failures there is clearly a problem.
I'm going to hold off buying Netatmo doorbell now until there is some feedback on its reliability.

Unfortunately, I have the same problem. I am waiting for a response from the support. The camera is brand new, just out of the box, the firmware is the newest - 460. The camera "clicks" after switching to night mode, but the image is black.

I’ve had the same problem. If the camera is in warranty, they might replace it. If, like mine, it is too old you are out of luck. Disappointed mine only lasted 2 years
