Hi
Ive noticed this several times now but I go in to the app and my Indoor camera is off. No one as turned it off. It seems to come back on by itself.
It cant be the wifi as urs right next to the router and the outdoor camera which is much further away is still working as normal..
Please can someone at netatmo assist. I've tried to log a support ticket but the website appears to be when it directs to auth.netatmo.

Same here. I often get the "Video Unavailable. Camera is off" message in the app, while I get the live stream in the web app on my desktop.

It started working again for me this morning.
I suppose something was down @ Netatmo? A status page would be nice!

It cant be the Wifi, as the next by Presence camera is working well.

Can you please check that your Android app has updated to version 3.0.3.4?

I tried with Android, iOS and WebApp and in all the camera is not reachable. I have to restart is manually (pull power cable), but as the house is far away, this is not always possible.
This problem is recurrent!!
