Night vision doesn't work correctly

hi,

from 2/3 weeks ago my indoor camera night vision doesn't works correctly; during the night, in deep dark condition, the night vision switch automatically off; it doesn't happen with "low light" codition when the night vision works correctly.

the behavior seems like: normal light--> night vision OFF; low light-->night vision ON; deep dark--> night vision OFF

I ve to modify my concer; night vision doesn’t work at all..if i try to switch on (or auto) the night vision, it turn on for one second (i can see the red light) and immediately turn off (the red light disappear).

Precisely the same problem I have. It must be firmware since a lot of people are having this exact same problem. Please fix it.......
